This Asian sausage recipe
use Chinese sausage as a main ingredient. Chinese sausage salad or
Yum-Kun-Chiang is spicy and tasty. You can have this dish as a food eating with
alcohol beverages or as a food eating with rice.

Asian Sausage Recipe-Spicy Chinese sausage salad |
2 Chinese sausage, fried
and sliced
½ cup Onion, sliced
¼ cup Goat chilli, sliced
1 tbs. Vinegar
2 tbs. Sugar
A pinch of salt.
- Mix vinegar with salt and
sugar. Stir until diluted.
- Add sliced onion and
sliced goat chili in the dressing.
- Pour the dressing on the
Chinese sausage. Serve.
