Vegetarian mushroom recipe-Tofu and shiitake in soy sauce stew

1 box Hard tofu, sliced
(Optional)
12 Dried shiitake
3 tbs. Soy sauce
1 tbs. Seasoning sauce
½ ts. Powdered pepper
1 ts. Sweet soy sauce
3 cups.Stock.
A pinch of palm sugar or
sugar.
- Clean dried shiitake and soak in the water until soften.
- Boil the stock until hot. Add sliced hard tofu, shiitake. Flavor with all the sauces.
- Lower the temperature and cook until the stock is about ¼
- Served.
