This recipe for
hardboiled eggs is-as most Thai salads be-easy to cook. It is also healthy and
fit for eating with hot rice. The taste is spicy and sour. Good for anyone who
is on diet.
Recipe for hard boiled eggs- Boiled egg salad Thai style |
6 Hard boiled eggs,
peeled and sliced
10 Bird’s eye chilli, sliced
10 clovers Garlic, sliced
10 cups Shallot, sliced
¼ cup Fish sauce
3 tbs. Lime or lemonjuice
2 Corianders
½ cup Dried shrimp, blended (Optional)
- Lay the sliced boiled eggs on a plate.
- Mix the dressing with fish sauce and lime juice. You can also add a pinch of sugar if you want.
- Top the boiled eggs with bird's eye chilli, garlic, shallot, and blended dried shrimp.
- Add the dressing in 2. Top with coriander. Serve.
