Easy and quick to cook.
This recipe for Asian salad is best to be a dish eating with alcohol drink or
an afternoon snack. You can also make this dish and eat with jasmine rice. The main
ingredient –bacon-is a common one in western kitchen.

1 cup Bacon
3 Shallot, sliced
½ cup Mint leaves
1 Lettuce or cos
9 Bird eye’s chilli,
sliced
2 ½ tbs. Fish sauce
2 ts. Sugar
3 tbs. Lime or lemonjuiced
- Put the bacon on a plate and cook with microwave on high temperature for 5 minutes.
- Mix the dressing by adding sugar, fish sauce, chilli, and lime juice. Stir until the sugar is diluted.
- Slice the cooked bacon or just break them with your hands. Put the bacon in a mix bowl. Add shallot, mint leaves, lettuce, and dressing. Arrange on the plate. Serve.
