Stir fried bean sprout with tofu or Pad-Tau-Ngog is a really easy dish that is not spicy. Also a dish for any of you who are vegetarians.

2 cups Bean sprout
1 cup Hard tofu for stir fry, sliced
1 ts. Garlic, thoroughly chopped
2 Spring onion, chopped
¼ cup Goat chili, sliced
1 tbs. Soy sauce
½ ts. Pepper, ground
- Fry sliced hard tofu until the outside turn yellow. Put them on the plate.
- Mixed bean sprout with all seasoning. (Soy sauce, ground pepper, sliced goat chili, chopped spring onion)
- Quickly stir fry bean sprout with tofu. Serve.
