Asian Sausage Recipe-Spicy Chinese sausage salad

This Asian sausage recipe use Chinese sausage as a main ingredient. Chinese sausage salad or Yum-Kun-Chiang is spicy and tasty. You can have this dish as a food eating with alcohol beverages or as a food eating with rice.

2 Chinese sausage, fried and sliced
½ cup Onion, sliced
¼ cup Goat chilli, sliced
1 tbs. Vinegar
2 tbs. Sugar
A pinch of salt.
  1. Mix vinegar with salt and sugar. Stir until diluted.
  2. Add sliced onion and sliced goat chili in the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing on the Chinese sausage. Serve.
