Recipe for rice noodle –Fried rice noodle with pork in thick gravy

This recipe for rice noodle is another dish Thai adopted from Chinese cuisine. Fried rice noodle with pork in thick gravy or Laad-Naah in a common that you can find in many street food shops or in Thai restaurants. Here’s the recipe for you to cook.

2 tbs. oil
½ cup Wide rice noodle
1 ts. Sweet soy sauce
¼ cup Pork, sliced
1 Chinese broccoli, sliced
2 cup Stock
2 ts. Soya bean
2 ts. Soy sauce
½ ts. Seasoning sauce
1 ts. Sugar
1 tbs. Tapioca or corn starch
  1. Heat the wok with medium temperature until hot. Add 1 tbs. oil and fried wide rice noodle. Add sweet soy sauce. Fried until the noodle is a little bit brown. Take it out and put the noodles in a plate.
  2. Making thick gravy by heating the wok with medium temperature. Add 1 tbs. oil.
  3. Add sliced pork and stir until 80% cooked.
  4.  Add sliced Chinese broccoli, stock, soya bean, soy sauce, seasoning sauce and sugar. Stir.
  5. Add 3 tbs. tapioca starch diluted with water. Stir until cooked.
  6. Top the thick gravy on the fried rice noodles. Serve.

You can flavor this dish on your own plate with power pepper, fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, and Thai paprika.
