3 tbs. Coconut milk
1 ts. Coriander seed
1 ts. Cumin
1 tbs. Butter
2 tbs. Condensed milk
¼ ts. Tumeric powder
1 tbs. Lemongrass
1 tbs. Galangal
¼ ts. Kaffir skin
¼ ts. Salt
- Mix all the ingredients except the chicken and blend.
- Marinade chicken with the blended ingredient for at least 1 hr.
- Skewer the chicken and grill with medium temperature. Eat with peanut sauce and cucumbers and onions in vinegar (ajad)
This satay could be a good starter for any party. I will post about the peanut sauce and ajad in a next few day. Enjoy!
